Encourage Your Teen to Do Breast Self Exams

Kim Liddiard, a designer at Digital Scrapbook Place just put a challenge to everyone in her Breast Cancer Awareness chat to remind someone to do their self breast exams monthly. I'm not only asking that every woman who reads this be reminded, but also that every mother of a teen daughter, encourage her to do so too.
