Parents Keep Closer Tabs on College Students
Monday January 7, 2008
At some colleges, like Eastern Illinois University, parents can join a parent’s club and keep tabs on their students. According to this article, "The group provides “survival kits” for parents of freshmen; offers assistance during move-in day; and even makes donations to various campus organizations."
I think this is a wonderful idea, almost like a grown-up PTA. What do you think?
