Help Your Teen Develop a Positive Body Image

During swim suit weather you see so many young ladies covering themselves up and hear them talking about 'being fat'. If you're the parent of a daughter, take a few minutes and praise something she's done lately. Tell her how much you admire the person she is becoming.
