How To Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Thursday October 30, 2008
Eating roasted pumpkin seeds tops off the fun of carving a pumpkin. You can have your teen help or let your older teen handle it while you supervise. It's kind of nice not to have to be the one who cleans all the pumpkin guts off the seeds... a perk for having teens!

If you'd like to use the pumpkin for a huge soup bowl instead of carving it, you could fill it with maggot stew. Yum!
