My heart goes out to all of the parents in Littleton. I can not even begin to know the pain and suffering that these families are experiencing. I have four children of my own and 3 grandchildren. It gave great hope to hear how so many of these children had faith in God. God bless all of you.

To the families and friends of the victims of the shooting; Words can not express the sorrow and the pain you are experiencing. The loss is so great. From your losses I hope and pray that maybe we can now reach our teens and children to prevent this from ever happening again. It should not have been, it should never be, may it never happen again.

Dear family members and students, My heart, prayers and love go out to all of you. I work with children and young people in church. I was devastated when I heard the news. As these days continue, I know my God will help each of you and supply all of your needs. He is the God of all comfort. He knows what it is like to lose His son and I know His heart aches and cries along with you. There is a promise in the book of Revelation that God will wipe away all your tears. Trust in Him.

'I'm sorry' seems so empty and trite but as others have said 'words cannot express' the sorrow we feel at your losses. I was very impressed with the courage of Rachels mother who stated something that made me realize that she truely loves the Lord and will trust in Him no matter what the outcome. She stated that she has anger but not at the perpetrators but at the one who truly caused the grief and that is the 'enemy' 'Satan' who seeks to deceive, kill and destroy the most innocent 'our children' He feeds them lies. He managed to take God out of our schools. If he takes our children then we have no future. I continue to pray and ask God to save your children from any more of this kind of tragedy. And cry with you for your losses of innocence and security. I pray that he will heal you of all pain and suffering. May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob be your comfort and shoulder, your healer and redeemer and give you the peace that passes all understanding. In Messiah Yeshua

I am a parent of three sons. I am also a teacher in an Alternative High School. I worry about this sort of thing happening every day with my own children and as a teacher. I feel your loss so very personally. It must be horrific to have to live through this. You will be able to go on. You will be able to live your life. However, this will never leave you. My heartfelt desire is that God will comfort you and take you through this horrible time, leading you to a place of forgiveness and peace. You are in my prayers now and will continue to be for the long haul. Please remember that there are those of us out here that wish we could take some of the pain and suffering from you. You did nothing to deserve this and yet bad things do happen to good people. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Take comfort in the thought that your child or spouse is not in pain, not in stress, and not in any trials and tribulations. They are with God, looking down on this,! seeing you and wishing you some sort of comfort. God is watching over them and over you. Take heart in His comforting strength. Your child (or spouse) is doing the same.

First I would like to say how sorry I am at your loss. I am a mother of 4 and I live in this great state, I personaly never thought it would happen here, It was someone elses problem. But I see now it isn't just a few communities but touches all of our lives. It is a awakening. Although I never have suffered a loss as great as yours I can however feel your pain and sorrow. With time God will heal this pain and sorrow as I am sure you know, God bless all the families in Littleton.

I saw the pictures of your child in the local paper this morning. I read with admiration what your child had accomplished in such a short time. I can't take away the pain or sorrow or anger, but I can tell you that you have so much to be proud of. What a wonderful memory to hold in your heart. What a sweet and precious child you raised. Susie, her teenage daughter, the bunnies and the family dog.

There are no words to express the sympathy we feel at your tragic loss. When I lost my father, I thought those people that said the pain would go away were crazy....but it has lessened and happy memories have filled the void. Hang on the thought that your loved ones are in a better place and you'll see them again someday. We send our deepest sympathy and prayers for you and yours.

Dear Students, Faculty and community of Littleton, I am an elementary teacher in Georgia. I have been teaching 20 years and am hurting for you all. I pray that the love of our Lord will give you peace and strength in the coming days. You will have our continued prayer and thoughts long after it is in the news. This unexplained tragedy can be use for good to bring other children and adults to know our Saviour. One of your classmates went on a missionary trip. She knows how much you have loved her, and it will not be in vain. You will be a living testimony to the strength of teenagers and your real love for what is true and right. Gather with each other and share as you need to. Talk to your teachers and parents, they truly care. I cannot be with you in person, but have cried and in some shock as well. I pray for you daily. We love and care for you.

As a teacher and a parent, I cannot imagine the loss of children, friends, and fellow workers in such a tragic and senseless manner. My prayers and hopes are with you and your families in the hope that you will, over time, slowly heal and be comforted by the love you share now with your loved ones and friends and by the love and memories you shared with the loved ones who have so tragically died.

My thoughts are with you during this very painful grieving time. I would like to share some comforting thoughts for those who know Jesus or want to know more about him--from the Holy Bible: "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into a inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade--kept in heaven for you...(I Peter 1:3-4). Our only hope is Jesus--keep your eyes fixed on him...Perfecter of faith...Hebrews 12:2
