Ginny will be the one to die in the 5th book she meets all the criteria:
1. In the interview JKR said that the death would be "hard to write OR REWRITE"....remember, Ginny was believed to be dead in COS!
2. The person who dies will be "a big fan" of harry's. Who is a bigger fan than ginny? She adores him!

Why is everyone concocting these absurb predictions about lily and james being alive when the answer is clear....JKR didnt write about james or lily very much..why would they be one of her favorites? She had to write about Ginny's death once before in COS, and Ginny is a big fan of harry.
