Spa parties are all about beauty treatments and relaxation. Teen girls enjoy getting facials and aromatherapy, among many other things to do for this laid-back theme.
- A sleepover party is perfect with the spa theme because after all of those relaxing treatments, who wants to go home?
- Be careful of the floor where you will be having your party! Use paper party tablecloths with plastic back or other large items to protect the floor of the area where you will be doing spa treatments.
- As not everyone can use a foot bath at the same time, you will need to set up stations for different treatments in different areas - but try to keep them all in the same room or close together.
- Ask all of your guests to come prepared with bathrobes, pajamas and slippers.
- Got a jacuzzi? Great! Make that a station.

- If you are doing pedicures, give everyone a pair of flip flops as part of their party favors.
- For breakfast, if you are having a sleepover spa party, make healthy blueberry oat muffins or whole grain type bagels and offer fresh fruit or a breakfast fruit salad. A variety of juices or making smoothies are also spa-ish.
- Back, hand or foot massages can be a station. Either give the girls a massagers and let them give each other a massage or have someone there to give massages.
- Hire a hair dresser to come in and give the girls hair treatments. Or purchase hair treatments to match the girls type of hair.
