- You need to set your page to landscape, which means the paper is held horizontally. For MS Word 2000: File -> Page Setup -> Paper Size ->Landscape.
- Format the page so it has two columns. For MS Word 2000: Format -> Columns -> Two.
- Set the margins close to the edge of the paper. Just slide the margins bars.
- Format your font: Format -> Font -> Color = Lavender; Size = 36; Font = 60s Chick.
- Go to the bottom of the first column and type ‘MNMNMNMNM##MN – Where the ## are the two initials you want.
- Change the two initials to the Bell Bottom Font by highlighting the text and Format ->Font -> Bell Bottom
- Copy this entire line and paste it the second column.
- Center the text in both columns.
- Check the print page set up and make sure the text boxes are centered in their columns, if so, print out. If not, go back and center, then print out.
Cut the 81/2” by 11” sheet in half. These are your two cards.
