Type of college scholarship award - Scholarship application
Details:

Applicant has to have been involved in a volunteer activity that occurred at least partly during the 12 months prior to the date of application.
Award Amount:
  • Two applicants from each state are awarded $1000.
  • National awards are given for $5000.
