I cut my diploma from the Cricut cartridge, Everyday Paper Dolls, at 2 inches - real dial size. You can get similar die cut diplomas in the scrapbook section of your craft store. I snipped off the paper ribbon section of the die cut and tied a real ribbon around it. I used a marker to trace the rolls of the diploma and chalked the edges in red a bit.
