Here's what you need:
Old hodgepodge of clothes for the scarecrow to wear, gloves, flannel shirts, overalls, boots, straw and hats.
Wrapped candy, as the reward for the winning team.
Here's how to play:
Create 2 to 4 relay teams. The kids choose which person on their team will be the 'scarecrow' to dress. Put the scarecrow 10 to 20 feet away from their team. The players must, one at a time, dig through the pile, find an item of clothing, run to the scarecrow to dress it. They must run back and forth until their scarecrow is dressed. The team that has their scarecrow dressed first is the winner. ~From Capri Zimmerman
