Easy to make baked chips that are a yummy snack or side dish for your Halloween dinner.
- 1 large Sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Peel and slice a sweet potato into very thin slices – less than one eighth of an inch. Use a slicer.
Spray a cookie sheet and lay slices out in one layer. Brush sweet potatoes with vegetable oil and sprinkle with some salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crisp.
