The magic hand mirror that was given to Harry by Sirius in book 5 is still sitting, patiently I might add, at the bottom of Harry's trunk. It's quiet and broken. something tells me Voldemort is smarter than placing his soul in such a fragile object. When I think more on it, I don't think Voldemort has ever seen that particular mirror as James Potter and Sirius Black created it in school, Lord Voldemort went to Hogwarts long before them and didn't know them at that time. So no, I don't think that mirror is a horcrux.
I do think, however, it is a way that Harry will speak to Sirius again. ~ Denise
