Dumbledore's will has got to have some type of clues. Notice the question isn't whether Dumbledore has a will or not. He was very intelligent man and it goes without saying that he would have been smart enough to have a will. Although, I don't think he owned many processions. All the instruments in the headmaster's office, for instance, I believe would be owned by the school.
The pensive is a wonder. Does it belong to Dumbledore and will it now belong to Harry? Or Aberforth? Will Harry have to visit the Hog's Head to retrieve Dumbledore's memories? Or will he have to go back to Hogwarts and ask Headmistress Minerva McGonagall for permission to use it? These are all viable questions for the 7th book - all based on the fact that Dumbledore had to have had a will.
Who would have Dumbledore place as executor of his will? I think that would be Minerva again. She was trusted by Dumbledore. While I do not believe Harry will tell her much, I do believe that Harry will begin to trust her more and visa-versa. Perhaps that is how Harry gets back to Hogwarts. He doesn't seem to be going back as a student. He'll be an adult, so no one can object to his not going back for his last year - look at Fred and George. In this day and age, school isn't the most important thing. There is a wizards war going on, you know.
Other things that Dumbledore could have left in his will are: his chocolate frog cards, Marvolo's ring, Gryffindor's sword and fawkes.
