- Your page should be set at the standard portrait layout.
- Format the page so it has two columns. For MS Word 2000: Format -> Columns -> Two.
- Set the bottom margin to 7". Just slide the margins on the left. Set top margin to very near the top.
- Insert a Text Box in the second column, down the left hand side. For MS Word 2000: Insert -> Text Box.
- In the text box type "Season's" in a chunky style font at size 22, font color green hitting the return key after each letter.
- Change your line to 'No Line' by clicking on the line twice and setting Color -> No Line.
- Copy text box and paste a second one at the bottom, so that you have two on top of the other.
- Repeat steps 4 - 7 for the word "Greetings" and place the text boxes on the right hand side.
- Check the print page set up and make sure the text boxes are on the correct sides in their columns, if so, print out. If not, go back and fix, then print out.
When you have printed this out, cut the 8-1/2" by 11" sheet in half. This will be your two cards.
