- 1 box cake mix, your choice of flavor
- 1 pkg of vanilla(white) icing or cool whip topping
- 1 pint of blueberries, washed
- 1 pint of strawberries, washed and halved
Directions
Bake the cake using the sheet cake directions on the package. When cool, icing cake with white vanilla icing, or cool whip topping. Make a square in the upper left hand corner by placing the blueberries in consecutive rows. Using the halved strawberries, make the stripes of the flag across the cake. If you used cool whip topping, refrigerate until ready to serve.
