Birthday Party Themes for Older Kids and Teens

Glam Cam is a great theme for the girly girl. While I know a few older teens who are into modeling, this theme is best for the preteen. If you have anything you want to add to our theme ideas, please email me .

• Many disposable cameras are a must.
• Set up a cat walk for signing in and posing.
• Give out makeup and have plenty there for the girls to use. Be sure to have cotton swabs so that the girls don't share things like the lip stick.
• Have the guests all bring dress up type clothes and list what they have so they don't lose anything.
• Upbeat dance type music is best for this theme. Whatever is popular goes over well with preteens.
• Serve the cake and sit down food before they begin to dress up and use the makeup. Munchies can be available after that.
