Ingredients:
- 1 package dried medium elbow macaroni
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey (8 ounces)
- 2 11-ounce cans mandarin orange sections, drained
- 2 cup seedless red grapes or green grapes, halved
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup crushed walnuts(optional)
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups & 2 tbsps buttermilk ranch salad dressing
- 1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained and slivered
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and drain again very well.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except buttermilk dressing. Mix well.
- Stir in dressing and salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Stir before serving and if more dressing is needed, add up to 2 tablespoons.
