While yogurt comes fruit flavored, that doesn't mean it offers the same healthy benefits of fresh fruit. Try this healthy snack for your teen.
You'll need:
- Plain yogurt; low fat
- Fresh fruit in season
Place one serving of yogurt in a serving bowl. Prepare the fruit by pitting and slicing or cubing if necessary. Add the fresh fruit to the top. Suggested fruit: blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, banana, melon, pineapple and cherries.
