Healthy Snacks for Teens

This snack is fun when served on Asian plates with little dip bowls. If you have a wavy edge slicer for the vegetables, use it!

You'll need:

  • Slices of carrots, zucchini and yellow squash
  • Pieces of celery; about 2 inches long
  • Pea pods
  • Teriyaki sauce
Arrange slices on a plate or platter to show the different colors. Use the teriyaki sauce in small dipping bowls, one bowl per person.

Healthy Snacks Tip: You can use low or reduced sodium teriyaki sauce to reduce the sodium content in this snack recipe idea.
