Fruit Yogurt Salad

Try this healthy snack recipe for your teens. Take 1-2 cups vanilla yogurt and 4 cups of your teen's favorite fruit - melons, apples, oranges, bananas, etc. Mix the fruit together in a bowl. Add yogurt, stir. Cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
