You'll need:
- Two large carrots; peeled and sliced
- 20 black olives; sliced
- 2 heads of Romaine lettuce leaves; chopped
- 1 purple onion(optional); sliced in rings and separated
- Your choice of dressing
Using veggies that are in the Halloween color theme, you can make this easy tossed salad for your Halloween meal. Simply prepare the vegetables, toss and serve with your favorite dressing. Serves 4.
