You'll need:
- 1 /4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mix the ingredients together and serve with baked sweet potatoes. On a side note, these spices are called pumpkin spice because they are the spices used to make pumpkin pie, not because they have pumpkin in them.
