Here are two simple 'green beer' mocktails recipes you can make for a Saint Patrick's Day party for teens and older kids. These drinks are non-alcoholic.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Mocktail #1: Ginger ale
  • Mocktail #1: Green food coloring
  • Mocktail #2: Lime-aide
  • Mocktail #2: Ginger ale

Preparation:

These two mocktails look similar to green beer, they are not a punch and have to be made per glass, although the lime-aide for the second mocktail can be made in a pitcher before hand. Mocktail #1: Very simple recipe to do. Pour a glass of ginger ale and add two drops of green food coloring immediately. Do not stir, the bubbles will disperse the coloring. Serve. Mocktail #2: Make a pitcher of lime-aide using only half the recommended amount of water. Fill glasses to the halfway mark and then top them off with ginger ale. Serve.
