These tasty bats make a great bread side for a variety of meals as you can use your choice of bread dipping spices.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Pita bread or French bread
- Bat cookie cutter
- Extra Virgin olive oil
- Bread dipping spices
Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 300 degrees F. Mix together the olive oil and the dipping spices. Cut bat shapes out of the pita bread and separate the two sides. Lay the bats on a cookie sheet with the smooth side of the bread down. Brush the bats with the mixed olive oil. Toast in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
