Garlic Hummus with Pita Wedges


Healthy and filling snack for the afternoon.

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of oregano
  • 6 pitas


  1. Cut pitas into wedges and bake until toasted and crisp.
  2. Mash together the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  3. Serve with a chip and dip set.
