Orange Julius

If you are looking for a beverage to serve at a teen party or a special treat for dinner tonight, try this recipe.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 of a 6 ounce can (or 1/3 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes
  • 1 raw egg (optional)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend until smooth. About 30 seconds. Serve immediately. Instead of milk, use a few scoops of vanilla ice cream. This will make the mixture smoother and creamier. Three Servings.
