Crochet Glasses or Sunglasses Case

This crochet glasses case is useful to help keep your glasses or sunglasses from getting all scratched up. It is a simple pattern and even a teen who is just learning to crochet will be able to accomplish this project in no time.

You’ll need:

• Less than a skein of variegated yarn
• Crochet hook; size
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle

Directions:

• Chain 26.
• Row 1: Start in the 3rd chain and single crochet in each chain for 24 chains. Chain 1.
• Row 2: Start in the 2nd chain and single crochet in each chain for 24 chains. Chain 1. Repeat.
• After 24 rows, check to see if the case will fit your glasses by folding it in half over your pair of glasses. Add rows if needed.
• To finish off, join one of the short sides and the long side together. Do this using a tapestry needle or a slip stitch. Trim end and pull through last loop.
• Thread the ends through the project.
