Parents often feel - and rightly so in many cases - that they can leave their responsible older teen home alone at night if they work a late shift or if they are going away. They sometimes set up check-ins with other family members or teens will call to check-in. If you have left your teen home overnight, please share your advice with our parenting teen’s community.

Alone overnight?
- My 16 year old daughter is mature, bright(smart) and responsable. However, she is 16 and there is no way I am giving her the responsability of being home alnight, alone! She has an adulthood around the corner for that.
