The Woman's Day Gift
This gift has nothing in it that has anything to do with their period, but it focuses more on being female, and the good things about being a woman. Therefore, it can be done in a basket.
A Book - yes, I'm big on giving books, my recent favorite for this gift is "Chicken Soup for the Woman's Soul".
Chocolate - they are probably craving it anyway.
Something they haven't been allowed to have yet. I don't mean to stock them up on every kind of make-up, but if you haven't allowed them to wear mascara or blush, this might be a good time to get them some.
Scented Bath Oil - let them know that is is ok to take a bath when you have your period, and it takes away cramps too. Plus, it's woman's thing to do.
