Book Review:

Internet Kids & Family Yellow Pages by Jean Armour Polly

Purchase this book here
Let's face the Internet is too vast a place to always be able to find what we want when we want it. It takes a lot of human research to pull out the gems, and throw away the trash. This is the whole premiss behind the Mining Co.'s 'Take Back the Net!' philosophy. So when I was given this book by Jean Armour Polly, how could I not love it???

The book is as big as my telephone book, and much more organized ;-) It starts with an A - Z index, listing topics of interst, then the sites that cover these topics. It goes on to cover sites of interest in different countries, how to keep you kids safe on the Net, and even has some family fun highlights. The only down side is, it doesn't list this site :-(

The book comes with an interactive CD, and should be a standard in any parents library.
