Squeeze Play Relay

What you'll need:

• Group of six or more players
• Two hula-hoops

How to play:
Divide the players into two groups. Each group forms a circle by holding hands. A hula-hoop is dangled between two players in the circle. They can not hold it or let go of each other's hand. Each player needs to squeeze their body through the hoop without letting go of the hands they are holding. Whichever circle gets the hula-hoop back to its starting point, wins.
