- One pair of blue jeans to be recycled
- Jar lid, pencil and scissors
- Fabric paint, ribbons, gems or various other decorative items
- Liquid stitch
- Trace the jar lid on the jeans with the pencil.
- Cut out the circles.
- You can fray the ends if you wish.
- Decorate the circle to make your patch. Here we used fabric paints and gems. Glue on any fabric items using liquid stitch.
- When dry your patches can be used in any way that you would use a store bought patch, like decorating a bag or fixing a hole in another pair of jeans.
