Apple Peanut Butter and Rice Cake Stack

You'll need:

  • Apple; cleaned and cored, with the skin on
  • Peanut butter
  • Rice Cakes
Slice the apple by laying it on its side and cutting, so that it is round with a small hole in the center where the core used to be. Spread peanut butter on a rice cake, top with a slice of the apple. Spread more peanut butter and add one more slice of apple, so you have a stack of two. Feeling lucky? Add to your peanut butter - apple stack.
