Healthy Snacks for Teens

You'll need:
  • 1/2 Whole wheat pita
  • Vegetables: lettuce; tomato, cucumbers, green peppers, carrot slices
  • Hummus
  • Italian dressing
Spread hummus inside the pita and layer in the vegetables. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
