Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Pops

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh fruit
  • 2 containers of plain yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Mash and seed the fruit.
  2. In a large bowl mix together the fruit and yogurt.
  3. Add the mixture to your popsicle molds. Seal.
  4. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
